If you are currently involved with Children's Social Care and would like independent guidance, you can contact us in confidence. Whether you are preparing for a meeting, responding to an assessment or simply need clarity about what is happening, we are here to help you move forward calmly and constructively.

Support can be accessed privately by parents or commissioned through a Children's Social Care referral.  Fee information is available on request.

All enquires are handled respectfully and independently from Children's Social Care.

 

What happens next for parents

Once you get in touch, we will respond within one working day.

We will offer an initial consultation to understand your situation and what support would be most helpful.

If appropriate, you will be allocated a Parent Engagement Practitioner who will guide you through next steps, prepare you for meetings, and support you to engage confidently with professionals.

There is no obligation to continue after the initial discussion.

Referrals from professionals

We also accept referrals from social workers, schools, legal representatives, and other professionals who believe independent parent support would assist progress.

To refer a parent or family, please email a brief outline of the situation and contact details. We will then make direct contact with the parent to discuss support and confirm consent before any work begins.

Our role is independent from the local authority. We do not replace statutory services or decision making. We provide structured, neutral guidance to support constructive engagement and positive progress for families.
